Account Deletion & Personal Data Removal
If you wish to permanently delete your GolfMaster account and all associated personal data, please send a deletion request from the email address registered in the application.

Please send the request from the same email address you used to register in the app.
Important: The deletion request must be sent from the email address that is registered and verified in your GolfMaster account. This is a security measure to prevent unauthorized account deletions.
You can now delete your personal training data directly from the GolfMaster application without contacting support. This feature allows you to remove:
Location: Go to Settings → Privacy and Legal → Delete All Personal Data
This in-app deletion feature removes all your personal training content from Firebase cloud storage, but keeps your account active for future use. If you want to completely delete your account including login credentials, you still need to contact support via email.
Once your account or personal data is deleted, this action cannot be undone. All your training statistics, progress tracking, uploaded photos, and golf equipment data will be permanently removed from our servers.
Please ensure you have exported or backed up any important data before proceeding with the deletion request.
Processing Time: Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7-14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion has been completed.
Data Removed: The deletion process will remove all personal data including training sessions, statistics, photos, golf clubs data, personal settings, and your account credentials from our systems.
