Deleting your data
Last updated: 26 September 2026
There are three ways out, depending on how much you want gone. Two of them take a few seconds in the app and need nobody’s help. The third is for when you cannot sign in any more.
Take a copy first
Deletion cannot be undone, and there is no copy kept for you. If your history matters, export it first: Settings → Your data → Export Your Data
Clear the history, keep the account
Removes every session, result, photo, club and setting, and leaves the account in place so you can start from zero. Useful after a season, or when you want to hand the phone to someone else.
Settings → Your data → Delete all personal dataDelete the account
Removes the account together with everything in it — sessions, results, photos, clubs, settings and your sign-in credentials. It happens straight away, while you wait, and it cannot be reversed.
Settings → Your data → Delete AccountCannot sign in? Ask by email
Send the request from the email address the account is registered to — that address is how the request is verified, so a message from any other one cannot be acted on.
Requests are handled within 7 to 14 working days, and a confirmation goes out once the deletion is done.
What disappears, and for good
Sessions and results, photos you attached, your bag, your settings and consents, and — if you delete the account — the credentials themselves. Data goes from the servers immediately; Google infrastructure backups are purged within 30 days. Nothing of it can be recovered afterwards.
